Runo Lagomarsino and Johan Tirén have for an extensive period of time, both separately and in collaborative projects, carried out examinations that touch upon political structures. For Minority Report, they are collaborating with Komitéen Flygtninge Under Jorden (The Committee Refugees Underground). The work questions European refugee policies, focusing on the Danish debate on refugees. Lagomarsino studied at Valand Art Academy, Gothenburg, Sweden, from 1998-2001, and holds an MA from Malmoe Art Academy, Sweden (2001-03). His recent exhibitions include: Open studios (IASPIS, Stockholm, Sweden, 2004); I Am A Curator (Chisenhale Gallery, London, United Kingdom, 2003); In my dreams europe is always less than a metre (Galleri Peep, Malmoe, Sweden, 2003); Go (Liquidacion Total, Madrid, Spain, 2003); and Cartes Blanches (10th Biennial of Moving Images, Geneva, Switzerland, 2003). Tirén studied at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen, Denmark, from 1998-2003, and holds an MA from Malmoe Art Academy, Sweden (2003-04). His recent exhibitions include: historia (Galleri Peep, Malmoe, Sweden, 2004); I Am A Curator (Chisenhale Gallery, London, United Kingdom, 2003); Cartes Blanches (10th Biennial of Moving Images, Geneva, Switzerland, 2003); 3rd International Student Triennial (Istanbul, Turkey, 2003); and Efterårsudstillingen (Charlottenborg Udstillingsbygning, Copenhagen, Denmark, 2002, in co-operation with Pia Rönicke).

The project is a sound work based on interviews with people connected to refugee politics in contemporary Denmark. An additional version of the work will simultaneously be installed in a number of the international Eurolines busses on the rute between Aalborg-Aarhus-Berlin for the duration of the exhibition.
